Engineers have rebooted the instance that was causing the performance issues and believe the issues are now resolved. We will continue to monitor for any further issues.
We are currently seeing widespread performance issues on the MySecureDesktop Cloud Service. We have isolated the problem instance and we are in the process of remedying the issue now. While we are working to resolve this issue, you may continue to experience some delays in accessing your data as well as the inability to access file shares. We expect this to be resolved shortly.
