Incident impacting MySecureDesktop - Secure Cloud Services

We have not seen any further issues and while our datacenter team was unable to get a firm isolation of the issue, they believe it was related to an issue within the Spectrum (Charter/Brighthouse) network within the State of Florida that the carrier was able to resolve on their own. If we receive any further information from Spectrum, we will provide an additional update.

We are not seeing any new reports come in and users who had reported issues are advising that service has returned to normal. Our datacenter team is continuing to investigate each of our internet access providers to try and identify any issues that could have caused this issue. Further updates to follow.

We are receiving some reports of slowness or disconnects while working in the Cloud environment. We have not been able to duplicate these issues but we are working with our datacenter team to see if there are any issues with any of the internet access providers we use for connectivity.
