We have a scheduled maintenance period set for our Hosted Exchange service. During the planned maintenance window, we will be transferring our client connectivity from Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 front-end proxies to Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 proxies.
During the scheduled maintenance time, Microsoft Outlook and Apple Mac clients could become disconnected and have to be restarted. We also expect OWA (Outlook Web Access) to disconnect, requiring users to log back into their mailboxes.
Phase 2 of the configuration updates are planned for August 23, 2019, and will be scheduled as soon as this phase of the maintenance has been completed.
